Linda is a freelance artist working in a variety of areas including children's publishing, gifts, products, advertising, packaging, licensing and commissioned art. She paints with acrylics in a couple of styles, from tight and realistic to cute and whimsical. Linda scans her work into the computer and uses Photoshop, Illustrator, and Quark to adapt it for various designs and uses. She has created art for Wal-Mart Stores, Hanna's Candle Company, Coca-Cola, International Playthings, Young Equestrian Magazine, Kid's Ark Magazine, Pratt & Austin Company, Society of Children's Book Writers & Illustrators and Rogers Public Library.
